Vegan S'mores Pizza with Sweet Chocolate Cookie Crust



Indulge in the classic campfire treat with a twist! This vegan s'mores pizza features a sweet chocolate cookie crust topped with melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. It's a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup crushed vegan graham crackers

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the cacao powder, sea salt, almond flour, and coconut sugar in a large bowl and mix them together

Warm up the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup and vanilla extract

Mix everything together well

Press the dough into a pizza crust that is about 1/4 inch thick on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust feels firm

Take it out of the oven and cover the crust with chocolate chips

Let them melt for a few minutes, and then cover the crust with the chocolate

The mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers should be put on top of the chocolate

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are just barely browned

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it

Enjoy while still warm!
