Easy Paleo Fried Plantains



These Easy Paleo Fried Plantains are a delicious and healthy snack or side dish. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe plantains, peeled and sliced diagonally
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions:

Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat

Add the sliced plantains to the skillet in a single layer

Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown

Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil

Sprinkle with sea salt to taste

Serve warm and enjoy!
