Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up
Cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt should all be mixed together in a shallow bowl
First, coat each zucchini fry with the beaten eggs
Then, cover it with the Parmesan mixture and press it down gently to stick
Spread the zucchini fries out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that there is space between each one
The fries should be baked in a hot oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
