Blue Cabernet Grape Salad



This refreshing salad combines the sweetness of blue cabernet grapes with the savory tang of feta cheese and the crunch of walnuts, all brought together with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blue cabernet grapes, halved
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the blue cabernet grapes, mixed greens, feta cheese, and walnuts
