Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies



These decadent Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies are the perfect combination of rich, fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake with bursts of chocolate chips in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water

Mix until well combined

Spread half of the brownie batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, smoothing it out evenly

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in the pan

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the cream cheese layer

Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top of the chocolate chips and cream cheese mixture

Using a knife, swirl the brownie batter, cream cheese, and chocolate chips together to create a marbled effect

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars
