Ingredients:
- 1 cup 225g unsalted butter
- 2 cups 400g granulated sugar
- 1 cup 200g packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup 120g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup 125g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup 175g semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it
Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat
Take the mixture off the heat and mix in the sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed
Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder and mix just until they are combined
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Spread out the batter in the pan that has been prepared
25 to 30 minutes in a hot oven, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter
Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool in the pan
